Jason Payne is the Chairman and President at Payne Pest Management, Inc. and has been with the company since 2007. Jason was a member of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) where he has served on its Board of Directors, as well as the committee chair for the Fumigation and Diversity committees. Jason also is a member of the Pest Control Operators of California (PCOC), Community Association Institute (CAI), California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and an “Industry Partner” with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Jason also holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from Boise State University and a Masters in Business Administration/Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. He also holds his Field Representative License in Branch I (Fumigation), Operator’s license in Branch II (general pest control) and an Operator’s License in Branch III (wood destroying pests and organisms) with the State of California Structural Pest Control Board. He possesses a QAL (qualified applicator license) with the Department of Pesticide Regulation in Landscape Maintenance and Right-of-Way. In the state of Arizona he holds his Qualifying Party (QP) Licenses in Industrial & Institutional, Wood – Destroying Organism Inspection/Treatment, Ornamental & Turf, Right-of-Way and Wood Preservation.
