I don’t typically get any feedback from my pest control technicians but Christopher, the new guy servicing my house, sent me a text to let me know of problem areas and made me aware of potential issues because of debris from my bird feeders. It was really helpful and very much appreciated.

Ive had Payne Pest manage pests on 2 properties since 2008. My first home was tented for termites before i purchased it and I kept up the warranty and added service. Been a loyal user of thier service. Restarted in this home to include mosquito service this year. Best investment. Found out i have rats from next door and its included in my bimonthly service. I recommend this company. Brendon is the best.

Tim was amazing. I didn’t want to call a pest company because they generally have a bad reputation (only a little better than movers). Payne had a great BBB rating so I decided to go for it. Tim was totally upfront about what they could do, what it would cost, and the likely outcome. For now I don’t need them, but when I do need pest control (termite tenting in my case) 100% I will be calling Payne.

I am in an HOA that has been very unresponsive to the rat infestation my neighbor has. Of course, the rats came into my kitchen, followed by blowflies and other insects. Apparently my HOA gave no deadline to my neighbor for a garage clean out, which was necessary to mitigate the problem. Luckily, Edgar, from Payne, followed through, checking my incursion and keeping in touch. Finally, yesterday, the mitigation began. Edgar literally saved my sanity and kept me informed, which neither my property manager or HOA Board did.

Payne Pest, just completed a very complicated termite tenting. This needed allot of coordination. Thanks to Bill Massicot from Payne we were able to complete this project without delays, Highly recommend them and Bill.

Had a very large bee hive removed from my 2nd story Residence. My call for help was answered promptly by Joe Keller, and ultimately taken care of by Saul Flores. Top Notch service! Best I've ever experienced in 30 yrs of home ownership.

The only complaint I have is that they could have told me to remove the solar sensor lights because they all got damage

Payne was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The entire staff is friendly, professional and talked me off the ledge during my "invasion" of the ants! I would highly recommend them for any pest problem you may have. They gave me my house back (no more ants) and saved my sanity!!

I’ve been a customer for many years 🙂 I tried 2 other companies before settling with Payne. They have done termite tenting on both my homes. My rental real estate agent recommended this company. She said they always give the best price and do a great job. She’s right 🙂 I run a daycare from my home and my backyard is connected to a large canyon. We have a insect and rodent problem that Payne keeps under control. I feed the kids outside almost daily and we NEVER have ants or rodents. I never have to worry about pests biting my daycare kids 🙂 Payne also comes out on Saturdays when the children are not present, so they don’t get exposed to the chemicals.
